Meet Thomas, Founder

I’ve spent the last 10 years in global executive search, helping companies across industrial software and AI hire senior and specialist talent.

I’ve placed C-suite leaders in pre-IPO startups, built regional teams for high-growth companies, and supported global brands with high-impact, specialist hires.

Outside of work, I stay active - hiking, diving, cycling, and CrossFit[ing] - and love to travel, from cycling Bolivia’s Death Road to hiking among bears in India.

Two books that have stuck with me: The Gap and the Gain and The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.

I’ve lived in Spain and Indonesia, working across cultures. Travel continues to shape how I think and work - always driven by curiosity and context.
